With the company’s own facade test centre, actual project solutions are tested and optimised in accordance with the CWCT or SIA and EN standards for airtightness, the ability to withstand driving rain and dynamic load behaviour. As a rule, the tests are monitored by independent specialist institutes such as IFT Rosenheim or Wintech Telford.

The goods and element transfer on the building site is a major focus already in development planning. For the element transports directly from the factory or our temporary warehouses (4,300 square metres) only special vehicles are used so that the elements can be transported as carefully as possible.
Element facades are mostly mounted without scaffolding. This requires a clear mounting and safety concept that must be coordinated with the local construction authorities. The mounting duration is thus significantly shortened in comparison to the mounting of conventional facade systems, thus saving time and overall costs.
Our Service & Maintenance Department is your competent partner following the successful completion of construction work. We will assist you with structural alterations with regard to tenant fit-out, specific customer requirements and with the elaboration and implementation of service contracts. We will also deal with all of the additional repair and service work for you.
